Couch to 5k - Week 2 done!

Another week completed - two weeks down! Next week the total running time stays at 9 minutes, but the intervals get longer. After a walking warm up it's two sets of 90 sec jog, 90 sec walk, 3 min jog, 3 min walk. I have a feeling 3 minutes is going to feel pretty long...but on the plus side all bones and joints are still feeling good!
