Well last week I started week 4 of the Couch to 5k plan, and after getting through the first of the three workouts, I ended up not feeling well for most of the week - definitely not well enough for running. So I didn't do workout #2 or #3. So today I started over with week 4 day 1. I could tell that I hadn't been out there in a week, but I got out there and did it before it got too hot today. Back on the horse...or something like that. I think Lucy was glad to see me get out there as it gave her a prime opportunity to steal two cookies off the counter...
